Filters are critical components of irrigation systems designed to remove sediment, debris and other contaminants from the water used in the system. These filters help ensure that the water delivered to plants, crops and other vegetation is clean and free of particles that can clog irrigation lines, nozzles and drippers.
The filter adopts a modular design and can be used in various combinations according to the filter unit to meet the actual needs of different applications. Backwash controllers are simple to operate and can control filters or workstations based on differential pressure, time or a combination of both. When filtering, the sewage enters from the outside/inside, and the rim formed by the edge of the groove on the adjacent filter disc intercepts the solids in the water; when backwashing, the water flows from the inside of the annular filter disc to the outside/outside, and the solids in the water will be retained. The dirt on the filter plate is washed down and discharged through the sewage outlet. Filters of different precision can be selected according to water requirements, flexible and interchangeable. The corner space of the site can be used flexibly, and the installation according to local conditions occupies less land. Simple maintenance: almost no daily maintenance is required, no tools are required for inspection, and there are few removable parts.
